Physics & General Engineering Rebranding/Recruitment

For this Campaign I was the lead in a team with 1 other peer. The Physics Department was merging with the General Engineering Department at Winona State University and need new branding. They were also running a recruitment campaign and requested assistance with the collateral design and production. They wanted branding that was approachable to all students and wanted to stay away from stereotype of a crazy old white dude in a lab coat.

Update for a poster that will go out to freshmen who have declared this major to inform of registration.

Recruitment Deliverables

The deliverables we created were both physical and digital. We made fliers to send out to high school students that the department was recruiting directly. We also made fun stickers that were components of branding assets, as well as some others that could be handed out at on campus recruiting events that could serve as advertising around campus. Lastly, we developed social media posts that were fun and could help keep their students who follow engaged and up to date on events.

Facebook post for a "Profesors And Pancakes" event. This used to be a popular event for the department before Covid. We made new collateral for them to catch more students eyes and peak their interests.
